Hebert, who has been assigned work at the Las Vegas Valley Water District, handles the development of forms and reports using Oracle development tools. Previously, she served as a senior business analyst and project lead for Randall & Nord in Dallas, Tex., where she was responsible for the business analysis of billing, service orders, and power outage applications. She also served as the lead analyst and senior business analyst for PSINET in Jackson, Miss. Hebert earned her master’s degree and bachelor’s of science degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix in Arizona.
