IT Strategies International Appoints Beasley as Training Consultant | |||||||||

(Las Vegas) Michael Marriott, executive vice president of IT Strategies International, announced today that John Beasley has been appointed to the position of training consultant. Beasley is responsible for training Las Vegas Valley Water District personnel on a new work order management system that recently was implemented at the district. Before his position at the Water District, Beasley served as training manager for Universal Energy in Houston, Tex., where he developed training procedures for technology equipment and systems. He also served as operations training developer for Industrial Resources in Biloxi, Miss. In this role, he developed operating procedures, exams and job performance measures for various plant operations modules. In addition, he worked as a multimedia consultant for Florida Power and Light in Juno Beach, Fla., where he trained fossil and nuclear division employees in the operation of multimedia equipment to produce on-the-job training materials. Beasley has more than 20 years experience in technology and training, and has completed several continuing education courses in effectiveness training, accelerated learning and high level objective development. Beasley is a certified OJT Trainer and Evaluator.
