IT Strategies Names Howard Norton Consultant | |||||||||

In his new position, Norton will provide information technology consultation services for the Las Vegas Valley Water District, assisting in the Help Desk area. Prior to joining IT Strategies, Norton served as Help Desk technician and manager for Spherion Technology in Las Vegas, where he trained Help Desk employees, and created and maintained a self help Web page. He also previously served as systems analyst for Clientlogic, resolving issues with computer peripherals and providing support to customers. Norton brings extensive experience to IT Strategies. He is proficient in a number of operating systems and software applications, and has received certification in many help desk systems.
