sourcing, interviewing and matching candidate backgrounds to client
requirements. Hyder brings more than 10 years experience in technical recruiting
to IT Strategies. Prior to joining the company, he staffed technical
professionals for clients such as IBM, Microsoft, Oracle, CSC, Commensura/Schlumberger,
SBC, AT&T, Sprint, Verizon, T-Mobile, Pfizer, HAP, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Dell,
Compaq and Hewlitt Packard. |

Michael Murphy, Senior Technical Recruiter, is also for sourcing,
interviewing and matching candidate backgrounds to client requirements. Murphy
has 20 years of technical recruiting experience. Prior to joining IT Strategies,
he served as a senior recruiter for Creative Staffing in Irvine, Calif.;
staffing manager for Robert Half International in Rosslyn, Va.; staffing and
human resource manager for AGS/Keane in Rockville, Md.; and senior technical
recruiter for Comsys, also in Rockville. Murphy earned a bachelor of science
degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland. |
