Matthew Sullivan, Director of Business Development is responsible for
developing relationships with potential clients, maintaining solid relations
with the firm’s current client base, and ultimately growing revenue through
promoting the value of the firm's services. He brings more than 20 years of
sales, customer service and business development experience to IT Strategies.
Prior to joining IT Strategies, Sullivan served as national business development
manager for AnswerNet – MRC in Las Vegas, western region business development
manager at ProModel Corp. and national account manager/channel manager at
Aegison, Inc., both in Santa Clara, Calif.
Sullivan earned his bachelor of science degree in public relations and human
relations from Northeastern University in Boston.

Caryn Robbins, Director of Business Development,
is also responsible for managing IT Strategies’
marketing and business development. She brings more than 20 years of sales,
marketing, and business development experience to IT Strategies. Prior to
joining IT Strategies, Robbins served as VP of Global Sales and Marketing for
The 2000 Group International in Los Angeles; Director of Business Development
for Cypress Integrated Marketing Services in San Diego; and General Sales
Manager and Consultant for Scanard Consulting and Management Services in Las
Vegas.
Robbins holds a dual master’s in marketing and
international business.

Chris Foster, Branch Manager, Sacramento - Prior to
joining IT Strategies, Foster served as an account executive for Robert Half
Technology and as a branch manager for CLP Resources, Inc., after being promoted
from his position as staffing supervisor. Foster also served as an industrial
account representative for Ameripride Uniform Services and as a residential
account representative for TruGreen Chemlawn. He also worked at Onsite
Commercial Staffing, where he served as a commercial account representative and
commercial recruiter.
Foster earned his bachelor of science degree in
Political Science from California State University, Chico in 1997. He also
earned his associate of science degree in Administration of Justice from Yuba
Community College in 1992.
