• Strategic Planning
  Information technology strategic plans have been created for various organizations both within the United States as well as internationally. Domestically, we have assisted in the creation of plans for a major Nevada utility as well as plans for companies in manufacturing and aerospace. IT Strategies has completed plans for several large conglomerates in Saudi Arabia with businesses that deal in manufacturing, distribution, automotive and retail and has participated in the development of the IT strategic plan for petroleum giant Saudi Aramco.
  

• Business Requirements/Project Implementation
  IT Strategies has successfully completed business requirements, request for proposal preparation and project implementation supplying both project management as well as technical consultants covering projects and industries such as:

  • A complete retail package solution including point of sale and back office packages for a large chain of hyper stores in Saudi Arabia.
  • MRP solutions for manufacturing companies involved in both discrete and process manufacturing in Saudi Arabia.
  • A comprehensive permit tracking system for a local government.
  • A Customer Resource Management and Customer Billing System for a utility organization.
  • Assisted a local utility in the implementation of a company-wide document management system.

• Data Center Development
  Created complete plans for construction of a data center for a major telecommunications company in Rio de Janeiro

  • Developed an integrated DB2/CICS system for an office supply wholesaler in Chicago.
  • Completed the conversion of two major systems to DB2/CICS and COBOL II for the largest workman's compensation insurance firm in California.

  • Assisted in the development and maintenance of several ADABAS/Natural applications for a Las Vegas utility.
  • Aided in the development and maintenance of several systems in an AS/400 environment for a major resort hotel.
